Dear Potential Buyers:
I am writing with high recommendation for the services of Suzanne Terry. Suzanne was the first person I talked to right off the street about my intent to purchase my first hone. I was scared and unsure and she asked me some simple questions to get the ball rolling. I was under a time constraint; I needed a home before I started my teaching job for Kenyon-Wanamingo schools. Suzanne was very flexible with scheduling appointments and was always easy to get a hold of on the phone.
We, my fiancé and I, had wanted something with a bit of land which meant a house with its own septic and well. Suzanne knew all the inner workings of a more rural home and could assist me in understanding it all. And after numerous options and lots of discussions, we made an offer on a house.
Suzanne helped coordinate all the paperwork with Edina Realty Mortgage and set up all the inspections. She walked with me through the private home inspection and helped me decide what was really important to have the seller’s fix and what would less important. Suzanne worked extra hard on this property with numerous issues arising: a part of the roof needed fixing, an issue was found in the well, and a new septic system needed to be installed. She constantly sent me updates on the progress of the jobs and kept my spirits up. She helped me realize that in the end I was going to get my first home better than when I had first seen it.
Now, after the fact, I knew I was meant to talk to Suzanne that first day. She was calm and professional when things were stressful, and was truthful and personable with all my questions and concerns. And for her help I will always be grateful.

I bought my first home with the help of Suzanne Terry at Edina Realty in 2004. Being a first time home buyer, and a single person, this was a scary process for me. Suzanne was a great person to work with. She was very patient and answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. When I was having problems with the builder of my home, Suzanne took care of it. I could call her at any time if I had a question or a problem, and she was on top of things.
